A 2024 study from Intelligent revealed some shocking statistics as they pertain to recent college graduates and the modern workforce. According to the data, “75% of companies report that some or all of the recent college graduates they hired this year were unsatisfactory.” They go on to admit that college graduates are ill prepared for the modern workforce, stating that they are often unprofessional and unable to handle the workload.
